Deposits & Payment • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the appointment total is required to secure all bookings. • Deposits go toward your service balance and are non-transferable to other people or future appointments. • A valid card on file is required to schedule. This card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation or no-show policies below. Cancellations • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the total service cost. • No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will also be charged 100% of the appointment total and may result in being blocked from future bookings. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. • Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within 14 days to apply your original deposit; otherwise, a new deposit will be required. Payment Options • Remaining balances can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Buy Now Pay Later (Afterpay/PayPal Pay Later). • Pay-in-full clients receive $35 off select services during limited-time specials (must be mentioned at booking).
